COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Quick & easy (for 10 oz can) Serves 6-8
Add the entire contents of Tikka Masala Sauce and 1 cup (8oz) water and 1/2 cup heavy cream to 2lb diced chicken (or fry 2lb chicken in 2 tbsp oil in a large pan on high heat until golden brown), simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens. For creamier dish, add more cream or plain yogurt before removing from fire, garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice/roti and Kerala Curry Chutneys & Pappadams.

2lb fresh diced chicken
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 tbsp red chili or paprika powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
Marinate the chicken with the above ingredient mix for 2-3 hrs, grill/tan door or bake until chicken is half done.
