A South Indian Curry Fish Marinade/Seasoning in Hot & Mild versions, ideal for baking, broiling, pan fry or grilling Fish and Shrimp
Directions: for 1 lb Fish (use 1 tbsp Fish Masala)
(1) Mix 1 tbsp Kerala Curry Fish Masala with 1/2 tbsp oil, preferably olive oil, (and 1/2 tbsp lemon juice-optional), make paste
(2) Rub fish thoroughly with paste, marinate for 1-2 hours
(3) Cook on grill, pan fry or in the oven. (recommended to use aluminum foil/sheet for grilling to avoid burning away the spices)
