A South Indian Curry Meat Marinade/Seasoning in Hot & Mild versions. Ideal as a marinade for roasting, baking, broiling, pan fry; grilling chicken, pork, lamb, beef, and game meat. Use also as a seasoning for grilling, stir fry and sprinkle on your omelet& scrambled egg.
Directions: for 1 lb Meat (use 1 tbsp Meat Masala)
(1) Mix 1 tbsp Kerala Curry Meat Masala with 1/2 tbsp oil, preferably olive oil, make paste
(2) Rub meat thoroughly with paste, marinate for 2 hours or overnight for best results
(3) Cook on grill, pan fry or in the oven. (recommended to use aluminum foil/sheet for grilling to avoid burning away the spices)
2.5 oz Meat Masala will marinate approx. 8 lb meat
